The filter's dense 5-micron PP filtration captures particulates 5 microns or larger, effectively removing sediment, including rust, silt, sand, iron, and other undissolved particles from the water. [DUAL-FILTER]
Depending on usage and local water quality conditions, the filter's life expectancy can last up to 6 months or 10,000-15,000 gallons. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to flush or rinse the carbon cartridge for at least 5 gallons before using the water. [LONG LIFE]
